Our strength at manufacturing is we provide safe final products which components are all made in our plant under our constant supervision.

Testing

We test the performance of our products using our own Okamura Industrial Standards, stricter than Japan Industrial Standards and other standards including BIFMA.

Throughout the testing phases, we assess the safety of our products, repeatedly examining the durability of every component.

Manufacturing

Not only do we design our products in Japan, we also work to manufacture every possible component in country. Welding, molding, sewing, coating, assembly are all completed to exacting standards on our manufacturing campuses.

Quality Control

Every step of the way, we ensure quality and precision, using state-of-the-art technology to perform visual and tactile checks. This requires the manual labor of experienced craftsmen, who work efficiently and effectively to guarantee the highest standards.

We encourage our employees to take the National Trade Skill Test and Certification. They impart their technological expertise — honed over the course of their careers — to their co-workers. Even as we automate our manufacturing processes, we always will need craftsmen who can create something from nothing; who possess not only fundamental manufacturing skills, but also lively imaginations; and who understand, without question, that quality pays for itself

We even have our own technical skill training center which caters to three different needs, training the next generation, refining the skill of technicians, and enhancing the project management skill.
