Okamura Corporation announces that it has resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held on March 24th, 2025 to acquire 100% of the shares issued by Boss Design Limited to make BDL a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Siam Okamura Steel Co., Ltd. (SOC) has become the first in ASEAN to achieve Level 2 certification for several of its products. Additionally, solar panels were installed across the entire roof, reinforcing SOC’s commitment to environmental sustainability.
