Iibon.s is a three-floor "total relaxation building" in a prime location in front of Ebisu Garden Place. Each floor is coordinated based on the concept of rejuvenation, health and beauty for all. The first floor is the dog-friendly cafe Pipi, where you can enjoy yourself with your pet at very reasonable prices. The second floor houses Partout, a nail salon where you can kick back and relax in reclining chairs. Tonir, a kaatsu training facility that offers morning yoga, Indian yoga and variety of other classes, occupies the third floor. The bare concrete structure is combined with chandeliers and furniture that exude class to create a highly unique and interesting space.
